About
A South West company built around one fixed bearing.
An azimuth is an exact navigational bearing — the precise angle between where you stand and a reference direction. We took the name because it says the one thing we want every client to be able to say about their data: you always know exactly where it is.
Why we exist
Regulated organisations were being asked to choose between capability and confidentiality.
The useful AI tools all shared one assumption: send us your data and we will process it in our cloud. For a law firm, an NHS trust, or a defence supplier, that assumption is disqualifying. So these organisations did the responsible thing and held back — watching a capability they could not safely adopt become standard everywhere else.
Electric Azimuth exists to remove the choice. The same models that power cloud tools can run on hardware inside your own walls. We deploy them there, tune them to your work, and leave the boundary closed. The capability arrives; the data never leaves.
Mission
To give regulated organisations the full benefit of modern AI without ever asking them to give up control of their data.

Why the South West
On-site support is a feature, and proximity makes it real.
Air-gapped systems are installed, supported, and occasionally fixed in person. A vendor on the other side of the country, or the other side of the world, cannot do that the way a local team can. We are headquartered in Devon and work across Devon, Cornwall, Exeter, Bristol, and the wider South West — close to the law firms, trusts, and suppliers we serve, and able to be on site when it matters.
How we work
Values stated as behaviours, not adjectives.
We show our status honestly.
We label every certification as achieved, in progress, or planned. We would rather you trust the label than be impressed by it.
We keep your data on your premises.
Not as a setting, but as the architecture. There is no version of our product that sends your data elsewhere.
We turn up in person.
Deployment and support happen on site. You get people, not a remote ticket queue.
We say what a tool cannot do.
If air-gapped AI is the wrong answer for a problem, we say so. Overstating it would cost us the trust the work depends on.
Certifications
Listed with honest status, because procurement checks.
We show a certification as achieved only once it is. The full roadmap, and what each standard means for you, sits on the compliance & security page.
Want to talk to the people who would do the work?
No call centre, no handoff. You speak to the team that will scope, deploy, and support your system.
